Dinleme metinleri bir \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi taraf\u0131ndan bir kez okunur. Se\u00e7ici Dinleme b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6\u011frenciler konu\u015fma ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce sorular\u0131 3 dakika s\u00fcreyle incelerler ve sorulara konu\u015fma esnas\u0131nda cevap verirler. Konu\u015fmac\u0131y\u0131 dinlerken bo\u015f bir sayfaya not al\u0131rlar. \u00d6\u011frencilere konu\u015fmadaki ana fikirleri not almalar\u0131 tavsiye edilir. Sorular metindeki bilgi s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6redir ve sorulara k\u0131sa cevap vermek gerekir. K\u0131sa cevap soru neyi soruyorsa sadece onu yazmak, ekstra hi\u00e7bir bilgi eklememek demektir. \u0130kinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm olan Ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 Okuma b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6\u011frencilerin metni daha ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7inde okuyup sorulara cevap vermeleri beklenir. Ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 Okuma b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 9-11 sorudan olu\u015fur. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn s\u00fcresi 40-50 dakikad\u0131r. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm Arayarak Okuma b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden daha farkl\u0131 soru tipleri i\u00e7erir. Bu sorular metindeki anafikirleri ve \u00f6nemli detaylar\u0131 anlama yorumlama, metinde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan anafikirler aras\u0131nda ili\u015fki kurma, ve bu anafikirleri ba\u015fka metinlerle ili\u015fkilendirebilme becerilerini \u00f6l\u00e7er. De\u011ferlendirme a\u015famas\u0131nda yetkin bir akademik \u0130ngilizce ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin uyumlu bir bi\u00e7imde ifadesi esas al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frencilerinin \u00fcniversitede ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilmeleri i\u00e7in gereken \u0130ngilizce d\u00fczeyi ve dil becerileri, 2006 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde Yabanc\u0131 Diller Y\u00fcksekokulu taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcniversitemizin t\u00fcm s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilen \u00f6\u011frenci ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerine verilen detayl\u0131 bir ihtiya\u00e7 analizi anketi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00d6\u011frencilerin, bu anketin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re saptanan d\u00fczeye gelebilmeleri i\u00e7in gereken e\u011fitim ve beceri geli\u015ftirme y\u00f6ntemleri, Malzeme Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Birimi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan kapsaml\u0131 ve hedefe y\u00f6nelik programlar i\u00e7ersinde belirlenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Edinilmesi gereken ve \u00f6\u011frencinin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda belirleyici olan \u00fc\u00e7 dil becerisi \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Daha sonra, tuttu\u011fu notlardaki bilgiyi kullanarak s\u0131nava \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakt\u0131r.<br \/>\nb. Okudu\u011funu anlama becerisi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Okuma par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irip arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgiyi bulmak;<br \/>\n2. Okuma par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 okuyarak, yaz\u0131daki fikir ili\u015fkileri vb anlamak.<br \/>\nc. Yazma becerisi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dcniversitedeki s\u0131navlar\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u0130ngilizceyi Yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak da do\u011fru kullanabilmelerinin gere\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ge\u00e7me Notu<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u0131nav\u0131 ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frencinin toplam 60 (&#8220;C&#8221;&#8216;ye e\u015fde\u011fer) ya da \u00fczeri bir not almas\u0131 gerekir. S\u0131nav sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 harflerle ifade edilir. A, B ve C ge\u00e7er notlard\u0131r. F1, F2, F3 ve F4 ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z notlard\u0131r. Notlar\u0131n rakamsal de\u011feri F1&#8217;den F4&#8217;e do\u011fru d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u0131nav De\u011ferlendirme \u0130\u015flemli<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00dcYES de\u011ferlendirmeleri t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan okulda yap\u0131l\u0131r. Duydu\u011funu Anlama ve Okudu\u011funu Anlama b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri ayn\u0131 y\u00f6ntemle de\u011ferlendirilir: S\u0131nav ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131n\u0131 ilk de\u011ferlendiren \u00f6\u011fretim eleman\u0131 notlar\u0131 bir not \u00e7izelgesine yazar. \u0130kinci de\u011ferlendirmeci ayr\u0131 bir not \u00e7izelgesi doldurur. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc de\u011ferlendirmeci her iki s\u0131nav not \u00e7izelgesini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rarak notu kesinle\u015ftirir. Yazma b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde her \u00f6\u011frencinin birinci kompozisyonu iki ayr\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim eleman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan okunur ve notlar\u0131 ayr\u0131 not \u00e7izelgelerine yaz\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130kinci kompozisyon da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, yani ayr\u0131 iki \u00f6\u011fretim eleman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilir. \u0130ki okuyucunun verdikleri notlar aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck farkl\u0131l\u0131k varsa bu durum an\u0131nda saptan\u0131p d\u00fczeltilir. Ayn\u0131 ama\u00e7la, s\u0131nav okuma i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u00f6\u011fretim eleman\u0131 di\u011ferinin not \u00e7izelgesini g\u00f6remez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00dcYES notlama sisteminde, ayn\u0131 soru i\u00e7indeki b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin birbirleriyle ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu durumlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda k\u0131smi not verilir.<br \/>\nS\u0131nav\u0131n Yeniden De\u011ferlendirilmesi<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcm notlar hesapland\u0131ktan sonra, ge\u00e7emeyip s\u0131n\u0131rda kalan \u00f6\u011frencilerin ka\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131 tekrar okunur ve not \u00e7izelgesindeki notlar\u0131 kontrol edilerek kesin sonu\u00e7 yaz\u0131l\u0131r. B.\u00dc. \u00f6\u011frencilerinin b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden ders almaya ba\u015flayabilmeleri i\u00e7in yeterli d\u00fczeyde \u0130ngilizce bilip bilmediklerini \u00f6l\u00e7mek amac\u0131 ile verilen bu s\u0131nav, Dinleme, Okuma, ve Yaz\u0131l\u0131 \u0130fade b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden olu\u015fur. S\u0131nav yakla\u015f\u0131k 3.5 saat s\u00fcrer. Yaz\u0131l\u0131 \u0130fade b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden \u00f6nce 30 dakikal\u0131k bir ara vard\u0131r. Bu ara s\u00fcresince s\u0131nav binas\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lamaz. S\u0131nav binas\u0131 ve salonunda iki ayr\u0131 kimlik kontrol\u00fc vard\u0131r. Saat 10:00&#8217;da ba\u015flayan s\u0131nav i\u00e7in bina kap\u0131s\u0131ndaki kontrol\u00fcn uzun s\u00fcrmesi nedeniyle \u00f6\u011frenciler 09:00&#8217;dan itibaren i\u00e7eriye al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u0131nava girebilmek i\u00e7in iki adet resmi ve g\u00fcncel bir foto\u011frafl\u0131 kimlik g\u00f6sterilmesi zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kimlik kart\u0131ndaki foto\u011fraf eski ise kontrol\u00fc yapan hoca ba\u015fka bir kart\u0131n g\u00f6sterilmesini isteyebilir. \u0130ETT veya benzeri pasolar kimlik yerine ge\u00e7mez. S\u0131navda sadece mavi ya da siyah renk t\u00fckenmez kalem kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00dcYES s\u0131nav\u0131 ile ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn TWE (Test of Written Examination) s\u0131nav\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nceden TOEFL s\u0131nav\u0131na giren, o s\u0131nav\u0131n genel toplam\u0131nda istenilen notu alan ancak yazma b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden kalan \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz B\u00dcYES s\u0131nav\u0131ndan \u00f6nce YADYOK \u00d6\u011frenci \u0130\u015fleri Ofisi&#8217;ne ba\u015fvurarak Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i Universitesi YADYOK TWE s\u0131nav\u0131na girmek istediklerini belirtmeleri gerekir. TWE s\u0131nav\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131 takdirde TOEFL s\u0131nav sonucunun orijinal sonu\u00e7 belgesi ile YADYOK \u00d6\u011frenci \u0130\u015fleri Ofisi&#8217;ne gelerek onay belgesi alabilirler ve bu \u015fekilde \u0130ngilizce yeterliklerini alm\u0131\u015f olurlar. D\u00f6nem i\u00e7inde herhangi bir zaman TOEFL belgesi onaylat\u0131labilir. 1. d\u00f6nem i\u00e7inde TOEFL ile yeterliklerini belgelemi\u015f olan \u00f6\u011frencilerin 2. d\u00f6nem b\u00f6l\u00fcm derslerine ba\u015flamalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00f6\u011frencileri 1. y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda Proficiency s\u0131nav\u0131nda ancak Haziran ay\u0131ndan sonra ge\u00e7tikleri b\u00f6l\u00fcmden tekrar s\u0131nava girmeme hakk\u0131 kazan\u0131rlar. 2012 giri\u015fli \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in bu hak 2013 Haziran s\u0131nav\u0131 ile ba\u015flar. 2012 Eyl\u00fcl ve 2013 Ocak s\u0131navlar\u0131 bu de\u011ferlendirmeye dahil de\u011fildir. \u00d6rne\u011fin 2012 Eyl\u00fcl s\u0131nav\u0131nda Listening ve Reading b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden ge\u00e7mi\u015f ancak Writing b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden kalm\u0131\u015f olan bir \u00f6\u011frenci 2013 Ocak ve Haziran s\u0131navlar\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri alarak hepsinden bir s\u0131navda ge\u00e7mek zorundad\u0131r. A\u011fustos ay\u0131 ve sonraki s\u0131navlarda Haziran s\u0131nav\u0131nda ge\u00e7emedi\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\/b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerden s\u0131nava girer. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmler ve s\u0131nav sonucu iki y\u0131l ge\u00e7erlidir. \u0130ki y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda o b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerden tekrar s\u0131nava girmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notland\u0131rma<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u0131navda en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ge\u00e7me notu &#8216; C &#8216; dir. &#8216; C &#8216; notu 60&#8217;a denktir. F1, \u00f6\u011frencinin o b\u00f6l\u00fcmden kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. \u00d6\u011frencinin kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren F notlar\u0131 F1&#8217;den F4&#8217;e do\u011fru d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. F1 daha y\u00fcksek bir kalma notu iken notlar F1&#8217;den F4&#8217;e do\u011fru d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Yeterlik s\u0131nav\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresi iki y\u0131l oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in iki y\u0131l i\u00e7inde s\u0131nav\u0131n tamam\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamam\u0131\u015flarsa o b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerden tekrar s\u0131nava girmeleri gerekir.
